Alex Serra

Brittany joined State Farm in 2017, excelling in customer service and personal lines of insurance. Over the course of her time here, she has expanded her knowledge in Auto and Home products, and has assisted countless customers by providing thorough and knowledgeable service. Brittany has extensive experience helping new and potential customers with quotes, billing questions and claims. A proud Oregon State Graduate, she has been a fixture of the community for the past 15 years. Outside of the office, she spends time with her two children and supports Oregon State Athletics.

Owen has been with State farm for nearly two years serving as an account representative in Alex Serra’s office and plans to continue his career pursuing an agency role. In the office Owen enjoys forming meaningful connections with new and existing customers. His goal is to provide insurance and financial services to fit each persons specific needs. While off the clock he can be found rock climbing, watching any sport that is in season, or spending time with family and friends.

Amber was born and raised in Sweet Home Oregon. She received her Property & Casualty license in 2014 and has worked with Alex's office for 3 years as a remote marketing representative. Amber is thankful for the opportunity to be able to have a career while raising her 3 children from home. Her family has moved out of state several times for her husband’s job and they are currently living in Colorado! When Amber isn't working, she loves to spend time with her family and explore her new home state.
